PHS Director of Bands



Mr. Glass received his Bachelor of Music Education from The Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford and a Master of Music Performance from Yale University. Mr. Glass has performed in many orchestras, bands, brass ensembles, chamber ensembles, and jazz ensembles throughout New England. Mr. Glass is in his fifth year as the Director of Bands at Pembroke High School. His responsibilities consist of teaching Concert Band, Marching Band, Jazz Band, Music Theory, Music Appreciation, Music Major, and is Advisor to the Audio Engineering Club. Mr. Glass conducts the pit orchestra for the musicals and recent productions conducted include Bye Bye Birdie, The Pajama Game, Oklahoma, The King and I, Once On This Island, and Guys and Dolls.
